3rd party iphone applications...give a hand!?

hey, im totally clueless with this, which is grotesque cuz im somewhat good near technology...anyway, im trying to get adjectives these third party things (tapthump revolution, igiggle, those Nintendo 64 games, etc etc) i dont know how to do any of it, the installer, the application stuff, anything, i need aid from the top
