Trouble with my iphone?

okay. . .


I've have my iphone since x-mas and only very soon is it acting up . . .

if I turn it on it goes to the home peak, and then I choose influence 'ipod' or 'messages' or something-

once I go on to them, the home button completely stops working, it only does nothing. I own to turn it off to find back to the home peak again. . .


I've tried reseting it loads of times and nothing have worked!

any suggestions?

Well... you have two option.

Do a complete restore through iTunes, and see if that will fix it. If your home key works partly the time (or at all), it sounds like a software issue.

If a complete restore doesn't work, after take it subsidise to apple and ask for a new one beneath warranty.

Now, if you've unlocked/jailbroken it, you got anothe can of worms you're dealing beside, and it could be a 3rd party app that you may enjoy installed that's screwing next to you. In that case, time to uninstall them one at a time till the home buttn works again.

Why the plastic case for iPhone 2G and 3G are different? iPhone 3G can fit into the 2G plastic case beside no problem while most 3G case provides less protection that it doesn't cover the non-screen division.
