I enjoy an iphone that picks up "unlocked" wifi when I'm out and about, I hold been on the web in full when I'm surrounded by other peoples homes and the padlock symbol does'nt show up beside their wifi identity. I have internet at home and 2/3 laptops run rotten it's wifi, but for some reason, I cannot draw from connected. My internet shows up in wifi settings on the iphone and even shows the symbol as if I am connected but even so it's not connecting, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I own entered the 26 digit deposit key, the password adjectives sorts! What are the steps to connect to my own wirless lan?
Please dont tell me to budge back to the shop because it is an Unlocked iphone working through the facilitate of Ziphone on an Irish pay as you step sim card. Everything works fine, I just want to get hold of a detailed step by step instruction on how to connect to my own wifi! Thanks.

Answers: I dont know if you are having like peas in a pod issue as i did when i connected to my wifi, but my issue was due to the make friends key (password). You must type the password using the correct upper/lower satchel combination. When i typed mine I realised it was adjectives in lower bag so wasnt being recognised. The arrow push button when typing in to your iphone must be "lit" for upper luggage. Once i did this it connected fine. Hope this helps.you may own messed it up when you unlocked it.
