Best item is to download a programme called Wavepad. Use it to enlarge an ACC file from Itunes library. Shorten it to 29 second or less and liberate as M4A.
Open file bureaucrat and rename file to M4R and double click it, it will overt in itunes and appear surrounded by ringtones. Sync your phone and chose your created ringtone.
