IPhone question. Deciding to select the unlimited internet plan after unlocking your phone?
I've have my iPhone for about 2 weeks very soon. I unlocked/jailbreaked it the moment I opened it up and placed surrounded by my old SIM card from the phone I be using before. I thought the 1MB internet plan would be adequate but I was absolutely wrong cause the merely place I seem to receive WiFi is at home.
I tried signing up for the $15 unlimited internet plan but it shows that I'm not able to label any changes to my plan so it appears that the merely way is to try calling them on the phone.
The problem is, I'm paranoid that they are going to bust me for using an unlocked iPhone do a picture of an iPhone shows up as my cell phone picture on my online account for some grounds. So I'm guessing they might interrogate me why I don't have the unlimited internet plan already, or am I human being too paranoid and just name? Thanks in finance.

no need to verbs. i did the same beside my unlocked phone. i called tmobile and have them sign me up for the internet access plan with no problems. the guy did ask what type of phone i have and i told him i had an iphone. as you would expect he knew it be unlocked but what could he do?
They system will update with your current equipment to ensure the features you enjoy on your account is compatible next to your equipement. If you tell them you hold a blackberry, you will wind up beside blackberry features that will not work with the Iphone. If you are using it on a non att lattice, they will realize you are using an unlocked Iphone. It will not allow you to put on the $15 plan, as it is not compatible with the Iphone. Ok dude your wireless company cant do ANYTHING to you for have an iphone. There just gonna be jubilant to still have your service. And its not close to its illegal dude dont verbs about it. Call and ask and be paid shure you specify it is for a black berry or smart phone because you might just be getting regular cell phone service. But dont verbs they cant do anything its legal
1) Unlocking an iPhone isn't illegal.
2) It will blankness your warranty with Apple.
3) The Terms of Service for the iPhone near AT&T doesn't say anything nearly unlocked...
4) It's possible not to have the unlimited notes plan with an ceremonial iPhone. When you buy it at the AT&T store, you can tell them not to include a information plan, and they'll have to get going the iPhone through their computers.
So yeah, don't worry.
Btw, why not only just stick the iPhone SIM card in the iPhone and trigger it? =/ I know you have to remuneration $5 more ($20) cause of Visual Voicemail...but it's better....
