How much is the iPhone in Australia? Malaysia?
I hear the iphone will be sold around the world from January 2008.... I also saw that apple is changing the price of the 8GB iphone to US$399... When they start selling the iphone world yawning will it be sold at the new price??
Answers: In the crust of Australia you can probably call them for more information, however, I can find no indication of an Apple launch within Australasia, only the US product. The current redesigned iPod is the untouchable in the column listed within the Australian Apple Store listings. No store site is listed for Malaysia.
Since the US iPhone is base on the AT&T network, it presents some difficulties contained by regards to multi-nation use. These issues variety the US model impractical elsewhere and it would seem to be that Apple would need to expand it's usefulness to cover lots networks and systems in common (without hacking it).
