If i purchase a unknown iphone from somebody on craiglist and not from at&T store can i still activate it? Don't i enjoy to enter something that they give me contained by the store to activate it? I am going to donate it to my family plan. Also if the iphone is on the blink later on within the road am i covered? even though i didnt buy it directly from at&t store?

You'll never seize service from at&t... you get it from apple.
Since it may enjoy been over 2 weeks since it be purchased, they may want to send it to the factory instead of a high-speed replacement, should you have a problem.
