If I was to buy an iPhone would Apple or AT&T buy out my remaining T-Mobile contract?

I still enjoy a couple months or something like that on my T-Mobile contract.

Answers:    No, they would not buy out your contract.

If you individual have a couple of months disappeared on your current contract, just skulk it out and switch as soon as there is no invalidation fee.
No they wouldn't.
But you could of late jailbreak it or wait untill your contract is over. Or if you really needed it now lately take your mature T-Mobile contract and change it to the cheepest one for the rest of your contract. And for in a minute buy a cheep AT&T contract for now and when you obtain rid of your old phone up the contract to what you want. Just find the phone, take your SIM and put it contained by the iphone and continue next to Tmobile
You can ask if they do that, or you can jailbreak, and unlock it. I think you would still be on the hook for the go together of the contract or whatever penalty that would accrue
