I love my iphone, however there are a few problems, in attendance is no external notification to let you know when you own mail, you can't put aside pictures from email, can't send a picture contained by a text message, and restricted ringtones. It does have a ton of really cool features though and the software get updated when you plug it into itunes so they may add ringtone features and ichat
