Do u plug the receiver into the top of the iphone. That's the only place that I could see where on earth they would fit. But they don't seem to be working. Can anyone report to me what the problem is?

Shove them surrounded by a little harder, you feel you might damage it but you wont, it requirements to be put in here hard so if you acidently drop your iPod it doesnt spatter onto the floor, it just kinda swings at hand holding onto the wire from contained by your ears.
