Last week there be rumours circulating that it would have 3G aptitude, however the latest reports look approaching the 3G version wont be out till March. The one out within December you will have to download tunes via GPRS - how antwacky and slow!
Personally I would present it a wide berth until within is a version that employ the latest technology, I without a doubt have no intention of regressing backbone to GPRS when I can put MP3's on my current phone, and download things at 3G speeds.
