Verizon DOES use SIM cards! Can someone who knows this please answer the ? nearly using an unlocked iphone?
I asked Verizon what phones use SIM cards and they gave me a long schedule, including the Chocolate. So clearly, every other answer on this message board is wrong because all the other answers on here aver Verizon does not have SIM cards....but they DO! Can someone who have physically tried this, please let me know if the cards are compatible? Thank you!
Answers: Only one Verizon phone can use a SIM card....the Blackberry 8830. And you can't even use that slot surrounded by the US. You can only use that phone beside a SIM card when you're outside the U.S.
Whoever gave you that long record is wrong. Verizon is a CDMA network. It doesn't use SIM cards. So is Sprint. GSM networks are the ones that use SIM cards resembling T-Mobile & AT&T.I guarantee if you call Verizon vertebrae, they'll tell you that they don't use SIM cards except for a few phones/broadband cards that are used internationally on the GSM meet people (through a partnership with Vodaphone).
He might hold meant a SD card, which profusely of phones have presently (either from the side or sometimes underneath the battery).
