yea it is part of the plan. you cant seize the iphone without the internet and paying for it.. its includedyou don't have to grasp the media pack but guaranteed things will not work on the phone with out it. Visual voice correspondence will not work no you tube no weather no maps and will you would seize charged by the mb for useing the internet. Why bother getting one if you don't want the internet. But yes, I believe its part of a set of the package.
If you are with the sole purpose buying the phone because of MP3 capabilities, in attendance are other phones on the market that are in actuality better than the Iphone. You might want to look into it.
