THE Cingular 8525 VS. THE IPhone!!?
SO IM ON THE MARKET FOR A NEW PHONE AND THESE ARE THE TWO THAT IM REALLY THINKING ABOUT GETTING. I LIKE THE IPHONE BEACAUSE IT PLAYS MUSIC AND I LIKE THE 8525 BEACAUSE IT TAKES PICTURES. WHICH DO YOU THINK IS BETTER? AND PLEASE LET BE KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER PHONE SUGESTIONS FROM AT&T.

Answers: i'll suggest you the 8525, i was contained by the same dilemma month ago , but i did my research ;). the 8525 comes near better technology, it works with the 3g large speed data, which is approaching a broadband speed internet in your phone , the iphone doesn't own that. 8525 comes with powerpoint, excel, word, you can download google map, it has a 2mp camera WITH FLASH INTEGRATED, iphone doestn't hold flash. also comes with a built within walkie talkie, "push to talk". so my suggestion is if you really like music , freshly buy a regular ipod. good luck beside choice !!
I had this same choice to label and I'm glad I went beside the 8525 instead of waiting on the iphone! Although the iphone seems to be a couple of gadget built into the, the 8525 is that and much more! Windows is a great feature to enjoy because you can get lots of different programs for the phone and it comes next to Word and Excel. The Push to Talk feature is nice if you enjoy that in your plan. And the music sector really isn't that big of a deal - purely get a memory card for the 8525 and use the Media Player that's already installed!
Alright, to start, I am a VERY contented 8525 owner (by way of the 8125) and I own played with the iPhone. Personally, if the 8525 be as sleek looking as the iphone, I'd be in glory, but I do think that the 8525 is the better overall device. The 3G gridiron, flexibile/plentiful software available, qwerty keyboard, seamless sync'ing, teathering capability, expandable memory and overall robustness of the 8525 is why I approved against the iphone. Don't get me wrong, I give attention to the iPhone is a nice device, but for the $$$, it's all show (IMHO).
