Which would you choose, iPod Touch or the iPhone?

Which one would you choose, or already have, and why. You'll be trying to flatter me into buying one of them. I've got $500.00 to spend and necessitate to know. Thanks.

Answers:    I would say the iPhone because it can do deeply more than the Itouch, if you can afford to pay for a contract near ATT for the iphone service.
