How much is the iPhone in Malaysia?

I am considering it. I hold to make a choice between nokia n76 and an iPhone.

Answers:    The iPhone isn't expected within Asia until next year and judge by the initial response in the US, I intuitively don't think it's on Apple's priority to launch contained by Malaysia anytime soon.

It's a bit unfair to compare the iPhone next to an N76 which is essentially a stylish 3G phone. You should be comparing with the all-singing, all-dancing Nokia N95 which is already within Malaysia, sports a 5MP Carl Zeiss lens, GPS receiver, WLan expertise, HSDPA (3.5G) ready and a great net browser. You can even get TV-out signal and playback DVD feature video.

So... If you really wanted a phone in a minute and not just a virtual first name that appears only on the trellis and youtube, I would suggest the N95.
Check out the review on the N76 (well do a google search). Yes, my friend bought one, it feels cheap, the chrome looks cheap, and when you use your own earpiece, you can't fully open the lid. And let's influence when someone is on the line, the phone won't answer the phone up until you FULLY open the lid, which is impossible if you enjoy your earphones plugged within. If you do, you have to disconnect it first.

You can dream of the iphone for presently, it's available only for Cingular and AT&T. You can progress to the US and get one, but you can't bring it out parmanently ($499 and $599 is lower than contract, which means this is a fraction of the price the iphone in fact cost. The remaing will be paid contained by monthly installments)
