Answers: People who believe the hype surrounding it are buying the iPhone contained by the UK. It uses out of date technology resembling GPRS, doesn't support MMS, can't Video call, doesn't enjoy 3G capabilities, no java.......not much use within viewing webpages without support for Java.
The Yanks hold lapped it up because they are a good couple of years aft the Europeans where phone technology is concerned - an example is the Motorola V3 is a top selling phone over here, which we had and get bored of nearly 3 years ago.i was so looking forward to it and next i went to the apple store and found out the price. i would be 260 pounds which is plentifully less than i be thinking i would have to pay envelope for it so on that note, i be pleased. but u can only receive it on contract with o2 which is what i wasnt too optimistic about as i am a t-mobile customer and not looking to switch.
