If you have cant achieve an Iphone without a contract, how are population selling them on EBAY?

Answers:    Simple. They sell them unactivated. You own to activate it through iTunes. When you motivate it, you choose what plan(which signs you for a 2 year contract) you want, or if you are upgrading(which extends your contract by 2 years), you add the $20 iPhone facts plan to your existing plan.

you can probably find the phone without the contract... you simply cant get any service lacking a contract. maybe? i dunno!! cuz you can provide everything but your kids on ebay!! :) Probably either stolen, a private marketer selling them, or pirated copies that aren't really worth anything.
