you can't, and you can't even download them by paying. apple blocked the phone so no one can do that. sucks!
the solitary way i know is to use itunes I don`t know, but they'll charge you $1 for every ringtone. that's crazy. you have to retribution $1 to create a tone from every song which you already bought. doesn't make sense.
