IPhone Question!?! Please answer this if u can!?

I have an iPhone and i hold the new performance, 1.1.3.
Can i restore the settings back to the magazine that it can be hacked on? & also if it works and i am competent to hack it, can i unhack it? And fix it up, to look like a regular unhacked iPhone. Becasue i might hack it and i dont want to mess it up.
