no because if you try to insert a sim it will read aloud " EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY " and they never cancel a plan when your phone is stolen , they suggest you buy a cheaper phone so that you get use out of your plan . and if they did dissolve it you would ahve to pay and it wouls cost you such a fortune man , it's really not worth going trough all that trouble , you might as economically go on eBay & but a pre-unlocked i phone so you don't have to pay packet data .
I wouldn't go through surrounded by implementing your plan, it's neither bullet proof, nor is it legal.
If you want to unlock you iPhone (if you dance ahead and buy one that is) I can recommend these guys to unlock it.
