dance to youtube or something and get the link of a video you want, later copy the link and go to the website below..
join the link in the box, select which site it's from and click the little button and another box should appear below it. later you click on high quality and another skylight should pop up, and then a smaller one within it. click rescue and the video will be saved to your computer. after the video is saved click the button that say open file and when you see the converted video, right click and click on "plain with iTunes". hope i helped you :)
