How can i bring back an iphone when my two year contract isnt finished nonetheless near at&t?
do i need to buy one then unlock it or wat?
or can i lapse my contract with at&t then win a new contract?

You can buy the iphone at retail price. However, with any iphone purchase you are required to extend your contract. You may also inquire roughly speaking an upgrade. You may qualify to get an early upgrade contained by which you would also have to get another 2 yr contract
You must be upgrade eligible to get the device from ATT as they do not sell the device at full retail minus a service agreement yet. You could cancel your current contract and wages the Early Termination Fees and then you would be upgrade eligible. Otherwise you will need to dawdle until you are either 11 months in to a 12 month contract or 21 months contained by to a 24 month contract or purchase an unlocked device from eBay or someplace like that
