How Do You Add Custom Ringtones To A 8 GB iPhone 3G?

I Recently Purchased A 8GB iPhone 3G, And I Was Wondering, How Do You Add Custom, Music Ringtones To It?

And Before You Ask, Yes, I've Already Tried Tutorials, Actually Its Just This One:

Anyways, When I Tried His Method, I Get All Of The Steps EXCEPT In The End, Where He Drags The Finished Song Into The Ringtone Folder, Its Not There On My Computer, And I Know I Have The Same iTunes Version.

So, I Was Wondering If Any Of You Amazingly Smart People Knew A Better Way To Add My Own Ringtones To The Phone, Or If You Could Tell Me Why The Ringtones Folder Is Missing.
