How do you install summerboard to iphone?

I keep trying things but they won't work. what's the easiest way to install it?
create sure you have 1.1.4 firmware, you need to own bsd subsystem, the installer 3.11 version (or if you have installer 3.1 you hold to have installer fix (3.1))try that, and if that doesnt work
try restoring your iphone and then rejailbreaking it, ziphone is the best opening to go
