You cannot. By defaulting, if you synced the iPhone 3G from another computer's iTunes library, the other computer's iTunes library will ask you to remove all songs, videos, and other content up to that time syncing the content from that library.

You can't, the iPod software is setup to save you from downloading songs from it to the computer.
