yes, this looks pretty legit to me. As long as a seller uses Paypal you can pretty much guarantee your money back once something go wrong. (BTW, Never ever EVER use a payment method like Moneygram or Western Union if contaced to do so by a salesperson - in my early days of e-baying I be nearly caught out with this. So my advice is simply to use Paypal and always check feedback for SELLING as this is a good indication if it is legit. I wouldnt recommend purchasing from a personality with low feedback numbers though.
hey my dad got an iphone i own played on it alot lol and first thing he has to charge it 3 times a dqay even when not a soul touches it. and he went in to bring a new one because of the problem and the second one that they gave him did not detect whenhe be touching the screen and the third one he got didnt detect the charger. so I don`t know it is him or maybe it is the model. lol that is adjectives i have to say nearly them
Email the seller and ask if the phone is unlocked (if you don't know, that means that you can put your sim card within and it will have your contacts and stuff and you won't have to pay envelope at&t and stuff)

You will inevitability to buy the AT and T iPhone plan if it does not have a sim card, unless it has be jailbroken to accept any. Worth asking the seller this press maybe?
Yep looks good but it doesn't enjoy a sim card, which I don't know alot about since I have Verizon but I come up with thats really important or you won't be using the phone
