Plug in your iPhone. When iTunes launches, look on the departed side for your device and click on it (highlight). Near the top of the box you'll see tabs (Summary, Info etc., and at the end is Applications. Click on that and check Sync applications, after check which applications in the list you want to sync.
Alternately, you can slickly install games or apps from the app store on your iPhone. It only takes a few minutes, as long as you hold an iTunes account and the correct password.
By the way, the system used is to sync apps on the computer and install on the iPhone. There is no dragging involved.
