I currently own a contract beside AT&T can I buy a strange iPhone since my current contract runs out?
My contract is for a Nokia cell phone and ends in January. Will I have to dally until January to get the iPhone or can I buy one on July 11th and just sign a current 2 year agreement?

THE IPHONE IS NOT SOLD AT A DISCOUNT SO YOU CAN PURCHASE IT AT ANYTIME. THE DAY YOU BUY IT AND ACTIVATE IT YOUR 2 YEAR CONTRACT STARTS. SO IF YOU GET IT IN JULY YOU WILL START THE NEW CONTRACT THEN.If you buy it at a regular price, you shouldn't be forced to sign a new contract. If they carry you by giving you some kind of a discount, then you're on the hook for 2 more years. I purely dumped AT&T after 8 years of service. Just tired of being overcharged.
