I dont kno how much full service for an iPhone 3g.Any minister to?

I want to get my boyfriend one for x-mas, but i dont want the service to e super expensive.
does anyone knwo how much it is when it includes:
unlimited texting
unlimited internet
phone calls
and freshly idk everything that you would need
