I forgot my MobileMe password on my iPhone?

I just got and iphone and it come with an email account.
I be changing the settings on my iPhone and also the account's password and now I can't receive post, because I never made the account and so I don't know the password for the account.
Please serve!
I haven't been receiving communication for about a week now!
