Answers: Using the silver eject tool found in the box, push the pointy end into the small hole located subsequent to the headphone jack. This will open the sim holder. Place the sim in and place the holder final in the phone.
Enjoy your new iPhone.you own to use a paper clip, I would use those plastic, coloured ones, stronger and less sharp than the metal ones. refer to your instruction book or watch a set up of it on youtube.
BTW wear gloves, I regretted not with my Iphone, it is a much more fun experience and it is what the japanese do, so as not to compromise the fine machinery!
