I hold a bricked iPhone, would shifting the Mainboard relieve fix it?

iPhone status: When turned ON - Apple logo appears - scramble of letters and numbers - turns OFF - restarts on its own w/ the same process, can lone be turned OFF when Power and Home button are pressed together.

Answers:    just reset it using itunes

... or sell it to me on the cheap and I will reset it ;)
