I hold a Verizon phone but I want to draw from an iPhone?
I still have 1 month left on my Verizon contract but I want to get hold of an iphone so badly. If I get an iPhone minus breaking my Verizon contract, can I have my current Verizon phone number assigned to the iPhone?
Answers: You can port your number from verizon to Att but then your verizon tale will cancel out once the porting process is complete. I love love love my iphone. Its the best when your bored! lol. You can only use the iphones near GSM networks (sim cards) and verizon along with Sprint do not have GSM network.once your contract is up you can go to cingular and have them switch the number from verizon to cingular. The iphone will next be able to be activated on the cingular side and no You can NOT buy the iphone and acitvate it on the verizon account it needs an sim card and the verizon exchange cards doesnt! it should also be free to terminate the contract once the month is up
If you swict now to the Iphone and hold on to your cingular u'll have both but if u cancel ur cingular plan u can gain the iphone without problems
