I updated my iphone but its gone down anymore say something give or take a few the SIM?

i updated my iphone and now it doesnt work it says SIM card inserted surrounded by this iphone does not appear to be supported but it was working before i updated it..

if it be jailbroken, then you need to sentence to prison brake and unlock it again.
