If i buy an iphone 3G, sign the contract, can i stop it in the past the 14 days and stay beside the iPhone?

Answers:    How does that even make any sense? AT&T pays Apple $425 while selling it to you for $199.

If you cancel it inside 30 days, you don't pay an ETF, but you have to return the iPhone.

But if you terminate after 30 days, you have to pay the ETF, but you can keep hold of the iPhone (and you can't use AT&T for six months because you cancelled early).
Only if you are purchasing it at the full retail price. If you pruchase it at the 2 year contract price and you cancel then you will hold to return the iPhone as well. Also, the iPhone is not compatible with any other wireless carrier network. Even if you do get the unlock code for the phone it still will not work. Apple programmed the phone to be that style. You would have to return the iPhone.
no they are very strict return policy you cant nullify it until you return where u got phone from
just store people can cancel single when you return um... read the contract! i doubt it!
