Any one know why the apps on my iphone 3g stopped working and how I can fix it?
Also my new mail and new text notifications are being delayed some by several minutes some by a few hours.

Reset by holding up the top and home button together till power goes rotten completely.
for email:
settings-email-fetch new data- if it cant be pushed then select fetch every after 15 minutes.
then u will bring back update in every 15 minutes.
you should reset once at least everyday and you should reset definitely after watching a music video, installing an app and playing games.
