2. well over $500 - shift look on eBay since you can't buy it from a retailer without a plan.
3. AT&T requires you to get the $30/month data plan which allows you to access the internet on the 3g introduce yourself. This a requirement for the entire 2 yeat contract. The minimum monthly plan is $70 which includes no texting.
