Iphone 3G or iphone 3Gs?

i am getting a summer job and im just about to start it

i own thought about getting a iphone

i want a 3gs but i have to get it from the company fido

my price catalogue is up to 250-300 dollars

and i allready have a plan i just need the phone

can any insist on me about what to get and the price for a 3Gs from fido
