IPhone 3Gs: How do I money from pressing "Answer" and "Decline to "Slide To Answer"?

I am using an iPhone 3Gs and sometimes when I get calls, I have to "Answer" or "Decline", which are the two green and red buttons respectively. But sometimes when I receive calls, it tells me to "Slide To Answer". Any idea why? And how do I trade name it always "Slide To Answer"? Thanks.

I think it only say "Answer" & "Decline" when you're using the phone. (I.E. - Your texting, using an app, etc). It only says slide to answer when you're getting a call while the phone is locked.
I don't know of any possible approach to change it...
