How much does charging your iPhone effect the freestyle go?

I just got the new iPhone, and I be wondering if you have to charge it in the middle of the day, similar to, even if it was a fresh battery in the morning.. how it effects the battery-operated life, and if it's a bad thing to do.

It used to be that constantly charging you phone and not allowing it drain down to zero, would effect the overalll natural life of your battery. That is no longer the case, you can charge your phone every night (or whenever) even if you simply used 10%.... of the battery. It will not lower your battery overall life.

Like the other soul mention, there is no memory effect and you don't need to worry something like this.

However, the life of a battery is measured in "Cycles". one cycle one a discharge and a recharge of the battery, regardless how empty or full it is.

Time is also a factor and you loose some of your battery enthusiasm with time, regardless how many cycles you go thru.

I would estimate a iPhone freestyle to last for about 500 to 750 cycles...
