How to solve even 31 of the hobby 'Electric Box for Ipod/Iphone' ?

Anyone played this game? It's a little different than the PC version, as the PC performance only have 15 levels (I think), while the Ipod/Iphone interpretation has 50 levels.

I'm stuck at level 31, and can't find any answers on the net (most hints are for the PC version).
