Buy a iphone from ebay?
i want to buy a used phone from ebay
some of them are 1 dollar to 100
i found one that is used from 100
or should i just get a 1 dollar one

If you end up trying to buy the phone with a plan discount, be cautious of the required data plan. Tax + 24 months x 30$ + Iphone cost comes to a little under 1k. If you buy the phone on ebay, I'm pretty sure you can swap sim cards and avoid the required notes plan.
The lone reason someone would post a $1 iPhone is that they either know it's going to increase (which it will) or they set a reserve price (so even if you "win" it wouldn't go through). Sorry, no $1 iPhone. I'd suggest you check Craigslist, they own the cheapest prices on iPhones I've seen.
Also be careful about eBay. Some of those jailbroken phones weren't done properly and won't work. Also iPhones score VERY easily, so if it's used it will probably be scratched.
