For adjectives iphone users: does it cost money to set up an itunes portrayal?

I'm just wondering because I know that they ask for your debit/credit card info when you are making an account, I just want to know 1.)if they charge you monthly lately for being registered with them even if you don't buy anything for that month? and 2.) Once you set up an itunes account can you stir ahead and get all the free apps you want, and they're really free? No fine print?

No, they don't charge you. The only common sense they ask you for your debit/credit card details is so that if you want to buy a song from the iTunes store, they have somewhere to charge it to. Other than when you actually choose to buy songs, no, they don't charge you.
