IPhone 3g contract support!?

I currently own an iPhone.

I would like to sell out-of-date iPhone and buy a new 3g model iPhone when it comes out.

Do I have to return with a new contract or can I just put surrounded by my old sim card?

Would I have to repay any more money for the 3g data service?

Answers:    I of late asked att some of the same questions and heres how it go:

the 200 dollar iPhone is only for new users. If you want to buy an iPhone in need a new 2 year contract, you have to foot 400 for it.

The 3G data service is expected to cost more. Its going to be anywhere from 30-40 dollars starting, and then up if you want more.

And no, you don't enjoy to renew your contract if you pay 400 dollars on it.
