I am non-upgrade eligible for the iphone 3g. I was wondering if I bought a iphone outside at&t before the iphone 3g comes out and put it on my picture, would I be eligible for the discount (paying on 20% of the iphone 3g) or for just upgrade (iphone 3g for 199/299 ) or non?
