Answers: It can be in any an AT&T or Apple store. You make the choice, but since most of the people working at Apple stores are brain deceased I would go with the AT&T store.
The month information plan for the iPhone 3G is $30/month. You have to have this plan or otherwise AT&T and Apple won't consent to you have the phone. Same as the old iPhone EDGE. It required an automatic $20/month information plan as well.1.)
