NO NOT IF IT'S WITHIN 30 DAYS AND THE PHONE IS IN A BRANDNEW CONDITION! IT'S WRITTEN ON THE CONTRACT THAT YOU ONLY PAY THE TERMINATION FEE AFTER THE 30 DAYS. THE ONLY THING YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IS ANY CALLS THAT YOU MADE WHILE HAVING THE PHONE.
