Is within a channel to form the iPhone (original) shudder "harder"?
My iPhone has a very wishy-washy vibrate function, and even when it is right in my pocket I can not quality it vibrate like I could beside my old phones. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
I reflect on that the vibrate motor is set at a constant speed so unless you find a way to increase the voltage going to the motor, or bring back a bigger one, I'd say you're out of luck.
