When I got my iPod nano a few years back, iTunes seized control and made sure I disabled disk mode so it could sync. But presently I have the iPhone and iTunes won't recognize it. I can't go and get my music on it.
How do I disable disk mode?put you iphone in recovery mode
turn iphone bad hold sleep wake button till slide to power off comes up
slide it
later plug iphone in then hold the sleep/wake and home button down together for 10 second then after 10 seconds permit go of sleep/wake button still holding down home button
hold down for 30 seconds or until pops up it itunes
